This role provide technical leadership for design, delivery, and support of the data integration for B2B, B2C customers. Strong technical knowledge and experience with ERP and EDI system implementation & support in a complex global environment.

Partner closely with the business team to develop, deliver and support technology solutions that align with business requirements and Baxter standards.

The Global Information Technology Centers are focused on being a stronger business partner, aligned to deliver on the technology needs and maintaining global support and shared expertise to advance digital capabilities across the enterprise.

Our IT function is made up of employees with varied backgrounds and knowledge. This diversity of skills and expertise allows us to bring creative and innovative solutions.

What you'll be doing

Provide end to end support forB2B and B2C customer data integration with Baxter ERP systems to ensure business continuity.
Responsible for complying with maintenance processes, and SLAs for delivering the IT solutions
Drive root cause analysis on incidents and identify remediation to avoid future occurrences.
Participate in large, complex, projects following Agile and/or SDLC methodologies.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and cost estimates for IT scope. Participate with business and IT to set technology strategy and roadmap.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend new technology solutions or improvements to existing technologies that support business and IT strategy.
Serve as the liaison between business and IT.
Work directly with business partners to identify requirements and engage IT partners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Develop System documentation including specifications, procedures, and training materials
Develop, prepare, review and document testing requirements and test data for complex system testing.

What you'll bring

Strong working knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodology
Experience developing and executing testing models and Standard Operating Procedures
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with ability to develop creative solutions that solve complex technical and business challenges
Strong communication skills written and verbal including solid presentation skills
Ability to establish strong relationships and work collaboratively with a variety of business and technical stakeholders at all levels
Passionate on continuous learning and keeping up with latest technologies
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience

Experience with Customer Order Management IT processes
