Manufacturing Supervisor based in based in
Torreon Coahuila (E-Systems Division).

As
Manufacturing Supervisor, you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Manufacturing Manager.

Your Task will be

Administration of operational personnel.
Administration of the materials and equipment in charge, ensure their correct use.
Maintain a healthy and motivated work environment.
Ensure the correct execution of processes and quality standards.
Meet and improve the goals of the KPIs assigned to their function.
Solution of operational and labor problems.

To be Successful in this rule you will need:

Education: Bachelor's degree on industrial Engineering business management or any related field.
3 Years on similar positions within the automotive industry of wiring harnesses.
Knowledge in Quality Systems.
Production Plan.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
English intermediate Level. #LI-DNI
