Currently we are looking for our next:

Production Master Planner Coordinator

Which is the main objective of this role?
Responsible for the overall Supply Plan within a Sector, Business Unit or Category.

This role is accountable for the delivery of customer service levels while meeting the inventory and productivity targets of the organization.

From an ISCP Template perspective, the Master Planner works across the Supply Planning components by ensuring optimal sourcing plans, master production schedules and replenishment plans


What will you be doing?

  • Responsible for netted demand signal that is leveraged for downstream systems (MPS) by managing the inputs and parameters and resolving exceptions.
  • Work with Schedulers and Operations leads to ensure DPP (Daily Production Planning and line mapping) is correctly configured (ie: BPM, flavor and size matrix, stoppages, maintenance, calendars and shifts).
  • Work with local demand planners to ensure that all product priorities are correctly configured according to business and commercial requirements.
  • Responsible for analyzing medium and longterm demand and capacities to guarantee optimal levels of service and inventory, the master planner is also responsible for coordinating contingency plans for disruptions or prolonged maintenance stoppages in any of the lines of his assigned category.
  • Collaborate with and influence the overall organization on strategic network and sourcing recommendations and decisions (reflected in flawless MyISCP management and control with Data Analysts).
  • Establish a robust governance process (and meetings) with Supply key actors (demand planning, sales planning, marketing, commercialization warehouse, agro, manufacturing, DR, MRP) through implementation and followup of performance scorecards, action plans, supporting improvement in key opportunity areas.
  • Interact and negotiate with the areas of Distribution Planning, Material Planning, Manufacturing, Co-Manufactures and Agro in order to eliminate / reduce bottlenecks in the medium and short term, thus ensuring optimization of service level, cost and better use of production lines.
  • Monitor the efficiency of production lines and influence the Manufacturing team for continuous improvement of processes.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor degree focused in Logistics, Business, Administration, industrial engineering.
  • 3 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain planning.
  • SAP desirable and encouraged
  • Microsoft suite tools (excel, Power point)
  • Advanced English, Spanish
  • General Knowledge of logistic, planning (MPS, MRP, DRP, Inventory Optimizer)
Results oriented, decision making, teamwork, customer service, networking work under pressure, frustration tolerance, sense of urgency, proactive.
