Department Overview:
Provides comprehensive HR support by developing and implementing HR strategies for their client groups. Diagnoses organizational effectiveness gaps, designs and deploys interventions that enhance organizational effectiveness, manages financial considerations and business/employee risk. Drives the talent management processes. Manages leadership selection and assimilation. Engages and utilizes HR core platforms as needed to obtain consultative support and common tools, systems, and processes. Performs operational activities in the area of selection, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits and systems. Partners directly with employees, managers, and business leaders to resolve HR issues.

  • Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Receive general and specific instructions on routine work, new projects or assignments.
  • Works on a variety of daily basis situations where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
  • Resolve daily basis activities or tasks related with Employees situations, benefits, among others situations.
  • Refers Employees, managers and business leaders to the appropriate source of information on the daily basis activities.
  • Works in collaboration with other HR Business Partners to execute different tasks and activities related to the business and employees.

Basic Requirements:


  • Spanish & English required.
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience

Travel Requirements:
Under 10%
