This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop advanced analytics and predictive models from design through implementation in the areas of pricing and promotion, inventories, and other areas of the business as needed
Collaborate with data and software engineers to enable deployment of models that will scale across the company's ecosystem

Build models and algorithms (end-to-end, starting from idea brainstorming and data exploration, and ending with implementing the code in production)

Write productionready code to implement data pipelines and machine learning models.
To be able to identify, diagnose and recommend projects to improve our performance
Design product experiments, interpret the results to draw detailed and impactful conclusions and conduct root cause analysis.
Work with data infrastructure/product engineering teams to define the data collection needs.
Provide recommendations to assist quick product ideation and feature launch decisions.

Requirements:

2+ years building machine learning systems and analyzing large data sets with modern tools.
Fluency with data analysis, Python, SQL, & data visualization tools
Plus: Experience with PyTorch
Ability to extract business insights and identify stories behind the data
Experience analyzing and conducting hypothesisdriven experimentation and A/B testing
Comfortable translating ambiguous problems & requirements into datadriven analyses
Ability to think critically and solve problems using analytical and quantitative methodologies
Teamwork and Leadership skills
English spoken and written
