- Support in identifying risks and behaviors, guiding personnel to maintain good safety practices, and promptly identifying high-risk operations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Provide the necessary support to meet EH&S legal requirements.
- Conduct investigations into accidents and incidents to determine their causes and prevent future occurrences.
- Authorize and oversee risky tasks performed by employees and contractors, ensuring compliance with safety standards through training, document reviews, and permits.
- Detect unsafe acts and conditions to prevent potential accidents.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to identify causes and take corrective actions to mitigate future incidents through problem-solving and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in safety teams and EHSS committees.
- Assist in inventorying hazardous and non-hazardous waste, control of chemicals, and support quality and EHSS system management.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Professional Degree or Technical Career.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial safety, health, and environmental laws and regulations.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety operations, experience in team management, and proficiency in computer applications (Office).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as interpersonal abilities.
