Oversees activities for planning to support production lines.

Main liaison between Project Managers and site

Develops, implements, and maintains policies, procedures and material control systems.

Reviews and plans requirements for manufactured materials. May prepare material requirement plans using enterprise resource planning systems. May assist with the establishment and maintenance of the production control system.

Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Ensures the develop, implement and manage plant production plans and priorities according to requirements to fulfill customer needs.

Provisions production schedule to improve On Time Delivery Levels. Ensure and provide communication with our stakeholders and customers about order status. Monitors the creation, release, pulled in, push out and follow up purchase orders. Analyze and determine root causes for missed on time deliveries and implement actions to improve performance.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or relevant field required.
  • Minimum 3 years direct related experience.
  • Demonstrated understanding of MRP, inventory, and production principles.
  • Proven results in driving level loaded production schedules to meet customer demand.
  • SAP/ERP experience
