Primary Function


Senior management position, responsible for the deployment and promotion of the department's work and to meet the goal of plant's operation and administration.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leading the overall work of cutting plants, promotion and implementation and supervising the overall administration of the plant.
  • The operation and administration of the factory advocate and promote the culture of the company.
  • Responsible for the overall work of the cutting plant, deployment and supervision of coordination, planning, organization, communication, and implementation
  • Responsible for meeting, reviewing, and improving the goal of
    KPI (Key Performance Indicators
    ).
  • Control the operation and management cost of department.
  • Strictly control the product quality to ensure the efficiency of the production line and the quality of the finished products.
  • Supply chain coordination/new material/innovative technology/new process development.
  • Establish the training plan of subordinate, improve the personal ability of management, to meet the goal of company's transformation and upgrading.
  • Promote cost reduction and efficiency, energy saving and emission reduction.
  • Promote reduce the cost and enhance efficiency, conservation of energy and emission reduction.
  • Promote the overall work for upgrading to FOXCONN F2.0 Digital Transformation activity and visualization factory
  • Complete the work assigned by supervisor.

Required Education

  • Obtain bachelor's degree in manufacture engineering or related field

Required Experience

  • At least 5/6 years' production management experience in the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Industry or other consumer electronics products.
  • More than 3 years of experience in leading (150+ people) teams
  • Familiar with Mexican employment regulations and relevant industrial safety regulations

Preferred Skills/Licenses/Certifications

  • Proficient the company's operation management system.
  • Obtain the basic knowledge of 4 management systems and IE.
  • Familiar with the characteristics of metal steel.
  • Proficient cutting skills. Especially slitting machines and flattening machines.
  • Obtain good ability of planning team management and communication. Work aggressively ?actively and clearly.
  • Ability to build trust and confidence with management and supervision
  • Master and proficiently use IE's 7major techniques? 8 major waste and other professional knowledge.
  • Have English listening/writing/speaking ability, TOEFL 88 iBT and IELTS 6.5 or higher.
  • Complete the tasks assigned by supervisor accurately and efficiently.
  • Ability to train subordinates and supervise safety production and performance appraisal.
  • Ability to use computer skills, like Microsoft office software.
  • Experience in budget management and financial mind.
  • Ensure the health and safety of the working environment.
  • Knowledge of lean production, quality improvement, team management, etc. Six Sigma Green Belt (Certification for improving processes)
