Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.

Reporting to the Process Engineering Manager, this role involves responsibilities for directs and/or coordinates electronic engineering and/or technical personnel in fabrication and design, control of tooling, fixtures and equipment, Multitask; Knowledge on SMT, backend process as well on Automated Robotics solutions.

What a typical day looks like:

Understand the manufacturing process, technologies, techniques and the product.
Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.
Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve inhouse capabilities and yields.
High level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues.
Have the capability to independently or together with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process.
