This role supports Procurement Business Transformation processes for PMF, incuding PMF of the future initiatives.

As HR Ops Supervisor responsibilities would consist of: (L0- L08)

As

MSO Procurement Sr.

Analyst Business Transformation your scope would consist of:


  • Support Digital and Non
  • Digital Transformation projects for Procurement Area
  • Data Analytics for both Direct and Indirects categories
  • Dashboard creation for project tracking across Procurement
  • Communicate and ensure finance alignment in PMF of the future projects
  • Ensure cost reduction gains by leading productivity projects
  • Consultancy services and Procurement PMO and point of contact hand in hand with manager.
  • Support payment process with Accountable Payables
  • Ensure project compliance
  • Effectively and actively communicate hand in hand with manager, to Procurement Leadership and Excomm regarding PMF of the future projects.

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?
Experience

  • At least 2 year's work experience in a sourcing or procurement position
  • English: Advanced
  • Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or correlated
  • Ability to effectively communicate across levels of the organization, networking and influence
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Strong multitasking, project management skills
  • Microsoft Office, Ariba and SAP
  • Ability to negotiate and sustain networking relationships
  • Comfortable with figures and in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data
  • Skill to identify and take the opportunities
  • Negotiation skills considering TCO analysis
  • Logical
  • Results driven
  • Manage short, medium and long term agreements
