A Montblanc Sales Associate is the person responsible for the brand ́s public approach to the customers. Is responsible of achieving the sales target and other retail indicators.

A Montblanc Sales Associates is a person devoted to customer service, providing a luxury class buying experience to all customers in other to close sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide a customer centric attention, presenting the highest quality of every piece.
Deal with all client segments including VIP.
Ensure an excellent customer service, meeting luxury standards and the Journey to Sales Excellence
Knowing the pieces specifications in order to present them.
Stick to the security measures and procedures.
Make inventory reports.
Client prospecting.
