Job Overview:

Provide Administrative Technical Assistance to the Senior and Production Engineers through execution projects.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Perform Allocation Materials under Production Engineer Supervision (Fabrication/Construction)
Integrate Work Packs/ keep them updated when needed (Drawings / Materials)
Issue the Work Pack to Document Control
Issue Work Pack Schedule by discipline and provide tracking under Production Engineer Supervision
Keep updated Register reports of the production Engineers
Issue Productivity Factor
Daily Walkthrough to validate progress
Issue internal daily report
Provide statistics by discipline
PO status (SPMAT/Oracle)
Provide Mentoring/Coaching to the new hire personnel
