Description
We are looking for the best IT Support agents to join a growing team in the telecommunications industry.

Some of the essential duties include:

Review order package, all required documentation and applicable information to confirm service is available for implementation.
Attend call(s) with the customer as coordinated by the Project Manager for information gathering and/or validation.
Communicate effectively with the customer and/or vendor to understand their setup and business needs.

Requirements:

Experience in information technology, managed services, telecommunications or other relevant activities.
Preferred knowledge: Office 365, IT security tools, Managed Services process platforms.
Experience with supporting currently Microsoft Supported Server and Desktop operating systems.
Experience with monitoring of ticketing system, prioritizing problems, supporting projects, and supporting enterprise level infrastructure (installing, patching/maintaining, troubleshooting, etc.).
English language proficiency (professional level).
