Cobranding Credit Card Head

Role purpose


To define, design and manage the products and projects related to the co-branded credit card portfolio with business partners, as well as define strategies and initiatives related to the life cycle through effective management with the different areas involved in the process.

(IT, Risks, Business Transformation, CRM, Collection, Legal, Compliance, Collection, Branch Network, Finance and Operations) to ensure compliance with HBMX's objectives.


Ability to manage internal and external work teams for the development of those strategies and initiatives, as well as to evaluate the cost benefit for their implementation.

Development and monitoring of existing initiatives and new consumer credit product developments that have a positive impact on the P&L


Directly responsible for the commercial relationship with the partner business of each co-branded project, as well as with the brands (Visa/Mastercard), as well as budget management with the global team.


Key activities

  • Define and design the business processes and strategies necessary to impulse the profitability of cobranded Cards, in all areas involved (Banking, Contact Center, Operations, RCS)
  • Design strategies and campaigns that encourage placement and use of credit cards in coordination with the business partner.
  • Promote accurate service to our customers according to their needs
  • Analyze and monitor the process of origination, evaluation, authorization, disposition and collection of the consumer portfolio.
  • Maximize product profitability

  • Effectively manage projects and initiatives with different business areas to incorporate business initiatives, strategies and solutions

  • Monitor portfolio management through the design, execution and monitoring of strategies according to business objectives and needs.

Requirements


Knowledge & Experience / Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Actuary or similar.
  • Knowledge of credit card products, commercial alliances, Cobrands or loyalty programs
  • Advanced knowledge in financial analysis, for the calculation of product profitability as well as analysis
  • Costbenefit analysis for projects
  • Knowledge in design, analysis, development, monitoring and implementation of projects
  • Negotiation skills
  • Overview of endtoend processes

  • Ability to analyze and implement new developments
  • Understanding of new internal policies and regulatory issues
  • Understanding bank credit products

  • Minimum experience of 5 to 15 years of experience in the banking industry.
