Provide financial data insights through meticulous book-keeping and financial analysis, to allow well informed decision-making in compliance with laws and regulatory requirements.

• 3+ in-house work experience (or equivalent) in accounting
• C1 English (Written and Spoken)
• Degree in finance and accounting field
• Deep knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation and internal controls
• Advanced computer literacy

Your Tasks

• Ensure timely payments and smooth running of processes
• Facilitate data analysis, reports creation and accounts reconciliation
• Manage enquiries and documentation in compliance with business standards and legal regulations
  Communicate with stakeholders regarding payments, timelines and provide ad hoc support
• Responsible for the import of all bills/invoices/transactions into the accounting book
• Responsible for importing bank statements and new suppliers' data
• Responsible for daily book vs bank reconciliation
• Process payments by check, credit card, ACH and EFT (Approx. 50-55/Week)
• QuickBooks Online experience - = 3 years + Required
• Consolidation experience - 3 years + Preferred
• ADP Workforce experience - be familiar with the platform and be able to work with the reports - Preferred
