The Consultant IT, OCM plays a key role in ensuring that organizational projects and initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

This role focuses on the people side of change, which involves preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, and more.

The Global Information Technology Centers are focused on being a stronger business partner, aligned to deliver on the technology needs and maintaining global support and shared expertise to advance digital capabilities across the enterprise.

Our IT function is made up of employees with varied backgrounds and knowledge. This diversity of skills and expertise allows us to bring creative and innovative solutions


What you'll be doing

  • Create a strategy to support organizational projects or initiatives by leveraging a change management methodology, process, and tools.
  • Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to identify change impacts and ensure that change management plans are integrated into project plans.
  • Lead the development of training materials, develop the strategy and design of the user training program delivery and support the execution of the training plans.
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics across all aspects of large scale, enterprisewide programs.
  • Develop and execute change management plans for IT initiatives, including communication plans, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Define and measure success metrics including adoption KPIs and customer satisfaction scores. Monitor the change progress and partner with SMEs and Program sponsors to develop change strategies and tactics to remediate the findings.
  • Stay uptodate with industry best practices and new developments in change management and make recommendations to IT leaders for continuous improvement.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required, including 7+ years in a technical environment.
  • Previous experience with Agile / SAFe is a plus.
  • Worked in a global & multicultural environment.
  • Led or contribute to the change management effort within a large scale transformation.
  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Exceptional communication skills,
