At UPM Raflatac Mexico we are looking for a Finance Specialist to join our team in Sentura, Tlalnepantla, Estado de Mexico.

  • Welcome I am delighted to welcome you to the Finance team_, _here at UPM Raflatac Mexico we will be happy to have you,_ _enhance your talent, and continue developing the Finance process together complying with the highest standards of financial compliance and business support._

Your future tasks and responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable Process: Receipt, processing, and Invoice management for the scheduling and generation of payment to suppliers on time. Support purchases of general services consumed by the organization.
  • Treasury: Management of electronic banking and payments to suppliers, taxes, and payroll, among others.
  • Followup of accounting processes and monthly and annual financial reporting, reconciliations of balance sheet and profit & loses accounts.
  • Invoicing: Issuance of electronic invoicing on the company's portal, monthly reporting, and reconciliation of operations. Create and ensure a safe and consistent work environment.
  • Support compliance with all internal and external control processes required by UPM and all other stakeholders. External and internal audit support.
  • Cooperation with the rest of the Finance teams and finance processes with an active role in proposed opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide support in the management, planning, and execution of changes required in finance process or by the business.


Who are you?- Bachelor's degree completed in the process of graduation in the following areas of knowledge: Administrative and Tax Informatics, Administration, Accounting.

- More than 3 years of experience in:

  • Work in Finance in international companies-
  • Ability to analyze data and financial and accounting information.-
  • Ability to perform numerical analysis, implement processes and parent company policies.-
  • ERP manager, valuing SAP experience.-
  • Advanced use of Excel spreadsheets and other data management and reporting tools (MySQL, Power Apps, Power BI, Tableau or similar)-
  • Experience in "Maquila" regimes will be an asset.-
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Integrity and independence, oriented to service and control.
  • Teamwork skills and good relationships
  • Proactive, with a focus on results.
  • Leadership and communication skills.
  • Relationship Management Capacity.

Regime: Full-time, probationary contract (3 months), direct contract.
