We are a prominent personal injury law firm based in California with a strong track record of representing clients in a variety of personal injury cases.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to expand our team with a talented remote Business Development Specialist who will help us forge new partnerships and referrals from businesses within California.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct cold calls to potential business partners located in California
  • Present the value proposition of our law firm's services to both Californiabased businesses and potential clients
  • Clearly articulate our firm's expertise and competitive advantages to establish trust and credibility
  • Develop and maintain longterm relationships with new and existing partners to ensure a steady stream of referrals
  • Track and report on performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies and improve results
  • Meet and exceed monthly performancebased bonus targets

Requirements:


  • At least 5 years of experience in sales, cold calling, or outreach roles
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to effectively pitch and close deals over the phone
  • Strong negotiation, relationshipbuilding, and networking skills
  • Familiarity with the personal injury law industry is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of residence

$1, $1,200.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

Sales Representative: 2 years (preferred)
