What do we expect from you in the area? As a
Strategic Partnerships Leader, you will be responsible for establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with key partners to drive our growth and ensure a competitive advantage in the market. Your job will involve identifying opportunities for strategic collaboration, negotiating beneficial agreements, and managing long-term relationships with our partners.


We offer you:


  • Base salary $20,000.00 to $25,000.00
  • Bonus depending on the partnership and company developed.
  • Direct contract with our company.
  • Paid training.
  • Hours Monday to Friday from 09:00 a.m. to 06:00 p.m.

For us it is very important that you meet the following requirements:

  • Completed Bachelor of Engineering in International Relations, International Business, Marketing, Administration, or related.
  • Minimum experience of 3 years in sales and commercial relations
  • Interested in technology.
  • Advanced English 100% (perfect grammar and communication skills).
  • CRM management.
  • Office management (Advanced Excel)
  • Experience in strategic alliance management.
  • Possess deep knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry, as well as the latest trends and developments in the ecommerce sector.
  • Have very good negotiation skills.
  • Have customer orientation skills.
  • Be a resultsoriented person.

What activities will you have to do?

  • You will have to analyze the market and industry to identify potential partners that can complement and strengthen our shipping and logistics services for the ecommerce sector.
  • You will have to initiate and maintain solid business relationships with transportation companies, logistics providers, ecommerce platforms, and other key players in the industry.
  • You will have to manage and cultivate longterm relationships with key partners, collaborating closely to ensure the successful implementation of agreements and maximizing the value obtained from partnerships.
  • You will have to regularly track the performance of strategic partners, evaluate outcomes, and seek improvement opportunities to optimize collaboration and achieve established objectives.
