Your Team responsibilities:


The MSCI Global Client Service team is composed of experienced financial professionals that provide remote support for our clients around the world.

Currently, the Global Client Service group is present in the following locations:
San Francisco, New York, London, Budapest, Mumbai, Shanghai, Monterrey, Beijing, Tokyo and Manila.

Team members are responsible for directly responding to a wide variety of methodology, usage, interpretational and technical questions on MSCI's benchmark Real Assets indexes.

Your key responsibilities:


  • First line of support for our Real Assets Americas clients.
  • Data extraction and analysis for our Real Assets products to support our clients in coordination with the rest of the Client Service team as well as consultants / sales.
  • Support on product implementations
  • Coordinate with the Sales Operations, Data Operations and other internal teams for product delivery and support.
  • Prepare and work on designated projects and recurrent tasks determined by Real Assets Client Service management.
  • Actively work with the rest of Client Service team on queue management and case resolution for all segments.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel:

  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Track record of excelling in an environment of ambiguity by quickly adapting behavior and work methods to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities.
  • Salesforce tools experience a plus.
