Description of Activities

"- Prospect and manage service providers in the automotive sector

  • Conduct training for own, thirdparty and customer technicians
  • Support in the execution of installations of the company's solutions if necessary
  • Audit thirdparty and customer workshops, verifying compliance with items established in the company's standards
  • Provide support to technicians in the field in case of difficulty in carrying out the activities
  • Provide support to technicians in the field in case of difficulty in the Self Test
  • Support activities for defining installation standards, generating manuals and supporting the technology team in defining installation items
  • Keep training records uptodate and available for the workshop team to ensure access to technicians' training matrix information
  • Carry out procedures according to the company's standard, ensuring the most appropriate logistics (car reservation, hotel, food...) to provide customer service
  • Make a request for the shipment of materials to workshops that may be out of stock of the necessary material they need to perform maintenance on customers
  • Support in the preparation and recording of technical instruction videos for equipment installation
  • Manage performance indicators and possible improvement action plans
  • Carrying out other attributions necessary for carrying out the activities inherent to its function
  • Pointing out clearly and objectively the points to be improved in its own and thirdparty workshops
  • Ensure that the service provided is in accordance with the company's standards, always striving for excellence in service quality
  • Technically assist the workshops in their work routine"
