Manage personnel for accident prevention and ensure compliance with the objectives in the Safety indicators. Manage the Scrap Level, as well as the management of the basic principles of quality.

Main Responsibilities

Carry out security audits.
Conduct investigation and closure of accidents in the area.
Carry out an action plan of the findings of the different security audits.
Implement and deploy the TCDP.
Manage and validate the KYT dynamics carried out by the supervisor.
Carry out talks and safety tours.
Ensure the training and standardized training of personnel.
Guarantee operational discipline.
Carry out management audits, as well as closing product and process audit findings.
Improve and verify that the operating instructions, Standard Procedures and Methods are updated.
Develop improvements in processes and equipment.
Actively participate in the development and correct deployment of the basic principles of quality.
Actively participate in the rapid response meeting and in the product meeting, as well as in the closure of pending action plans.

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineer / Mechanical Engineer Administrator / Mechanical Electrical Engineer)
English advanced
