In Tork we want to shape the PH market, so we are looking for someone to provide market-relevant regulatory input for the Latam region and to build a strong base of global assortment adapted for national regulatory compliance.

About the RoleEnsures that the assigned product assortments (from different Legal Manufacturers) are compliant with relevant regulations of the assigned country or region covering the entire product life cycle in support of the commercial organization in their marketing and sales approach.

Ensures the regulatory, fit of global launches and relaunches in the country or region.

What You Will Do-Adapted for national regulatory compliance

Keep registrations maintained in collaboration with the global organization.
Bridge and adapt the regulatory frame of global projects for the needs of the latam region

.-Keep products and supporting processes updated with changes in relevant national regulations

Consult and collaborate in regards to regulatory compliance in M&A activities in the assigned market(s).
Propose and support the implementation of local process improvements and the creation of local standard operating procedures in alignment with global procedures.

Who You Are Experience in regulary affairs area or related.
Communication Skills across different audience and areas.
Advanced english.
Microsoft office programs (Excel, power point, etc).
