We currently are seeking a
Quality Engineer for our Irapuato site. The quality engineer is reponsible for efficiently connecting with the the customer to establish a mutually beneficial relationship.

What You Will Do In Your Role:

Work on becoming the preferred supplier of our customer, always maintaining a relationship of teamwork, integrity, humility and mutual benefit.
Follow up on the quality issues
Lead efforts to improve Quality performance metrics (QN, Scrap, Nonconforming material and Sorting). Organize and oversee the tabulation of summary information for management and customer reports. Help to support & drive Zero-Defect mentality throughout the department.
Respond to customer issues by deploying appropriate containment actions and / or corrective actions. Interface directly with customers in a timely and professional manner. Prepare detailed 8D reports.
