- Ensure compliant CLRM execution in the field
- Align business operation model with CLRM capabilities for proper assets & customer insights collection
- Create and analyze Sales & Medical dashboards (KPIs) to provide relevant insights for Business Units - Customer Facing
- Develop analysis based on CLRM outcomes for prompt decision-making
- Correctly implement defined actions through sales force performance monitoring platform
- Implement Segmentation and Targeting process, tracking engagement evolution
- Weekly tracking of recently launched products, active participation in business unit meetings
- Participate in new sales force structures and deployments to match relevant indicators for company goals
- Ensure performance alignment between sales & KPIs
- Provide Sales Force with analytical tools for optimal performance and support in data analysis and interpretation
- Offer insights based on data to drive actions for Business goals
- Represent SFE area in Global CLRM Project
- Eliminate non-value adding activities, focus on cost reduction and process quality improvement
- Drive a cultural change towards a digital environment in the Sales Force to engage Physicians digitally
- Update HCP panel through UCB platforms
- Provide user training on CFT tools such as Veeva, SalesForce, Qlik Sense, etc.
- Support CFT cycle planning
