    ZF is currently seeking a Divisional Senior Supply Chain Process Expert for our Monterrey location.

    Job Description - Division E Senior Supply Chain Process Expert

    Responsibilities

    Technical Process Concepts Definition:

    • Develop complex IT/process solutions in collaboration with specialist departments, ensuring alignment with relevant areas and interfaces of work
    • Create technical concepts based on DPO (Divisional Process Owner) and GPO (Global Process Owner) specifications
    • Derive requirements from process strategies, assess existing and needed conditions, and consider direct and indirect customer needs
    • Model processes, design, outline process steps and interfaces, and clarify responsibilities
    • Determine resources for new processes, identify improvement opportunities, and optimize processes accordingly
    • Implement processes in work and IT processes
    • Coordinate changes with IT and departments, ensuring successful implementation
    • Define user roles and authorizations, conduct tests and system validations
    • Project management and control tasks

    General Tasks
    Contribute to work system optimization, design target SCM ERP processes, create process training materials, coordinate IT Demand processes, define authorization roles, participate in rolling out projects, and more.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in a technical field, business administration, or supply chain, along with experience in ERP systems, strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, and extensive process knowledge in automotive or industrial settings. Experience with SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, WM) is desirable.
