Plan, coordinate and control all productive activities within manufacturing plant, to achieve compliance with established safety and quality standards, in order to achieve production goals and costs established by management.

Responsibilities:

Promote the generation and implementation of strategies that help identify unsafe acts and conditions to prevent accidents and incidents.
Ensure compliance with the requirements of the quality system throughout the production processes.
Managing human resources efficiently to meet the volume of production required under the established cost.
Coordinate work plans that guarantee compliance to production plans with the necessary resources to be able to meet cost and time.
Ensure compliance to production orders.
Knowledge of Quality, Safety and Environment policies.

Qualifications:

Engineering degree with additional training in finance and/or manufacturing process from accredit institution.
5 years of experience in production with personnel administration experience on metal mechanical industry.
Lean manufacturing knowledge are required.
Strong organizational and managerial skills.
