Eaton's EPG CHD EP LATAM division is currently seeking a Commercial Excellence & Strategy LATAM Director.

The position is based in our plant in Iztapalapa


What you'll do:


MAIN FUNCTION


Driving the common cross-enterprise standards in how we deploy strategy into actionable sales activities by developing and maintaining a continuously improving 'playbook' of common sales processes, commercial organizational structures, tools and metrics that drive accelerated growth and measurable customer adoption.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


  • Develop Go-ToMarket models, sales and channel structures and functional support necessary to sell complex solution roadmaps and demonstrate tangible proof of value to the decision maker
  • Develop strategic growth plans and partner with Marketing and Sales to translate into practical quota setting, effective demand generation activities, pricing models, offering launches and value selling content focused on solutions and longterm business value for the customer
  • Create and execute a rigorous management operating system that integrates the coordinated review and execution of the sales pipeline, account opportunities and leads across the entire enterprise with routine engagement with each business
  • Develop practical metrics and utilize interactive analytics dashboards to generate actionable insights and coaching methods that Business Leaders and Sales Managers can use to achieve and exceed goals versus the annual targets
  • Be accountable for driving the initiatives that improve seller performance and productivity measurably and sustainably; develop programs and metrics that increase critical sales behaviors and outcomes around win rate, deal velocity, customer retention and forecast accuracy
  • Driving significant yearonyear improvements in seller productivity, quota attainment and customer acquisitions while maintaining a robust and integrated functional excellence in sales operations across the enterprise.
  • Develops organizational capabilities within the work team to encourage the constant development of talent, foster a culture of inclusion and diversity, improve the sense of belonging of the staff and achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications:


SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE:


Education:
Bachelor's Degree

Previous experience (years): 5 in similar position

Know-how:

  • Advanced English (able to establish business conversations)
  • B2B
  • P&L
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Consultative Selling Skills
  • Data infrastructure and Analytics

Skills:


Experience in:


  • Management experience with sales, marketing and/or P&L ownership
  • Broad industry experiences with B2B and other selling motions
  • Implementing change management process
  • Work within a global, crossfunctional team environment
  • To translate growth strategies into practical sales plans, best practices and operational structures with a broad portfolio of business model and industry vertical commercial experience
  • Developing and Executing Strategic Plans
