Activities
- Supervise the payroll process to optimize the estimation time and implement new work methodologies.
- Administrate the Key performance indicator of the department to archive the short and long terms goals.
- Coordinate the improvement of the payroll information system, to archive the department KPI.
Requirements:
- Accounting degree with license.
- Advance English skills, (Fluent Communication level)
- At least 3 years working as Head of Payroll,
- Advance use of Excel,
- Result oriented.
