Main Purpose

  • Analyst in the implementation of the Termination Model in Latam.

Accountabilities

  • Administration and management of employee dismissal process
  • Validate the calculations of personnel severance payments, including the perceptions and extra deductions as well as the liquidation of benefits based on the guidelines of law and policies.
  • Validate Accounting Policies
  • Control of files of former employees
  • Prepare Payment Requests
  • Carry out mandatory Labor Certificates by Local Governments
  • Generate indicators

Qualifications:

Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related career
  • Experience in personnel administration or payroll
  • Knowledge of tax and labor laws
  • Knowledge in Advanced Excel
  • Experience in Payroll and Settlement Calculations
  • Calculating taxes
