Main Purpose

Analyst in the implementation of the Termination Model in Latam.

Accountabilities

Administration and management of employee dismissal process
Validate the calculations of personnel severance payments, including the perceptions and extra deductions as well as the liquidation of benefits based on the guidelines of law and policies.
Validate Accounting Policies
Control of files of former employees
Prepare Payment Requests
Carry out mandatory Labor Certificates by Local Governments
Generate indicators
