Key Account Rep

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Reach the Sell Out target of Bayer technologies and systems with her/his key accounts.
  • Negotiate the Sell Out annual target with her/his key accounts.
  • Achieve and maintain Customer Share and Net Promotor Score above region's average with the key accounts assigned.
  • Provide technical advisory to key accounts, establishing a calendar of visits and services according to crop development, in order to help them to maximize their profitability.
  • Ensure that key accounts are the early adopters for new Bayer technologies and systems.
  • Implement the sales activation plan designed for key accounts on her/his region, in alignment with the Sales Activation Team.

Who you are

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related.
  • 35 years Experience in sales or crop management is required.
  • Power Point and Excel. Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • English desired.
