Our Mexico affiliate is looking for a talented Medical Manager Obesity.- We invite you to join Novo Nordisk México, a successful affiliate and market leader that is focused on improving the quality of the life of people with Diabetes, Obesity, Hemophilia and Growth Hormone Disorders.


The position:


  • Strategically support the development, launch and commercialization of Novo Nordisk products through scientific exchange, seeking external insight to shape NN understanding of the therapeutic environment.
Provide internal integrated clinical and scientific therapeutic area and product expertise to internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to a best in class strategy for Scientific Operations into the organization
  • Ensure tactical implementation of Scientific Operations objectives.
  • Develop strong relationships with strategic Medical Experts/Key Stakeholders and Decision Makers
  • Serve as a resource for projects and collaborate with internal Colleagues as assigned by Sci Ops Head (Ex.
Medical Team and other cross-functional grou like Business Franchise Teams, Market Access

  • Working knowledge of the Healthcare System and of the research procedures as well as the ICH guidelines, GCP and other ethical guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry

Requirements:


  • MD preferably Medical expert or specialist in the area or with a solid medical/technical background and proven competencies, influencing skills, clinical research insight, business and market knowledge
  • 35 years of experience as Medical manager, within diabetes or obesity area preferably
  • Advanced level of English is required.
