Position Summary

The Customer Quality Lead has direct responsibility to coordinate all plants efforts to achieve and maintain specific Customer Quality Scorecards in Green condition.

Ensure all customer-specific quality requirements are planned and executed by EDS throughout the product life cycle.

Serve as the liaison and primary point of contact on matters concerning quality between specific customer and EDS and Serve as the liaison and primary point of contact on matters concerning quality between specific customer and EDS.

Your Role

Drive the Region's efforts towards customer scorecard to green condition.
Ensure proactive and constructive communication strategy with OEM'S on quality matters in support of EDS long term objectives.
Actively participate on new launches planning, preparation and execution.
Through coordinating customer resident engineers' efforts during quality incident responses, avoid any customer disruption
Ensure (answer for) effective look across activities and deployment, as appropriate to each quality incident
Lead actions with plants and measurement of effectiveness.
Develop High Voltage guidelines or playbooks to ensure HV customer requirements are meet.
Develop and deploy customer success playbooks (Standardization / EOS upgrade).
Manage warranty performance for customers

Your Background

10+ years on wire harness industry
5+ years with management experience
Strong experience on High voltage product
Customer service background
Strong knowledge on IATF and core tools.
Solid Experience with OEM scorecards
