To ensure an efficient and reliable ocean transportation process and its administrative requirements.

  • To support the Maritime Logistics organization on its market intelligence activities

Main Responsibilities:


  • To participate in the annual shipping budget and maintain the progress records up to date
  • Ensure voyage instructions and documentation are correct and in a timely manner
  • Negotiate demurrage / despatch charges between shipping companies, traders and terminal managers
  • Process freight and demurrage payments
  • Keep track of voyage accounting
  • To procure market intelligence information from shipping companies, brokers, agents etc.
  • Participates in special projects required by the Shipping Department

Qualifications:


  • English Proficiency
  • Areas of Experience: Marine Traffic, International trade would be good to have
  • Bachelor's degree: International trade or similar
  • Master degree: Good to have not a must
