Your responsibilities: 1. Main contact between customer and plant. 2. Coordinate all activities aimed at managing customer demand. 3. Ensure the supply of parts in time and quantity. 4. Coordinate the scheduling of assigned productive machines to meet internal or external customer requirement in terms of quantity and time according to customer demand, maintaining and keeping the inventory level according to company policies, with strong communication to customers to react to any change. or problem in the supply chain. 5. Follow up on customer requirements. 6. Coordinate sales and shipping process by customer. 7. Coordination and communication of all activities related to the delivery plan for planning and production.

Your profile:
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience with Ford, Stellantis, BMW and Daimler customer

Skills:
Communication, conflict management and problem solving.
