RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE CRITERIA
- Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback
- Optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
- Measure performance with key metrics
- Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures
- Keep management informed
- Prepare monthly/annual performance reports
- Proven experience as call center supervisor
- Experience in customer service is essential
- Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
- Results oriented approach
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must speak/write English
- Personable/Customer Service Mentality
- Experience in Supervising +20 individuals
- Must know Windows Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe
