RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE CRITERIA

  • Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback
  • Optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
  • Measure performance with key metrics
  • Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures
  • Keep management informed
  • Prepare monthly/annual performance reports
  • Proven experience as call center supervisor
  • Experience in customer service is essential
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation procedures
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
  • Results oriented approach
  • Organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Must speak/write English
  • Personable/Customer Service Mentality
  • Experience in Supervising +20 individuals
  • Must know Windows Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe
