ABOUT THE ROLE
WHAT THE CANDIDATE WILL DO
- Post requisitions for job openings; Conduct prescreen interviews; Schedule and manage interviews from initial meeting through the panel interview process; Conduct preemployment skills assessments.
- Report on any issues of concern.
- Special projects as needed
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 1 or more years of experience in recruiting
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection programs and best practices, and related tools.
- Advanced Spanish and English written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Freight Industry
- Bachelor's degree
- Microsoft Excel— knowledge of Microsoft Excel including but not limited to VLookup, Pivot Tables and advanced formulas.
