Objetivo:


  • Entregar proyectos, procesos y soluciones para las demandas que vengan a IT para CAMEX
  • Actuar como Business Partner para Supply, Finanzas, RH y Legal.
  • Manejar creación y mantenimiento de Customer Master Data en SAP.

Responsabilidades:


  • Priorizar y coordinar solución de demandas de IT relacionadas a Ariba, KissFlow, nuevos requerimientos
de SAP, Accelerate y otras aplicaciónes en CAMEX

  • Gerenciar sus proyectos garantizando entrega en tiempo y calidad esperadas y dando la exposición
necesaria a CAMEX LT y LATAM IT & Digital Managers/Director.

  • Liderar la agenda de eficiencia de processos basada en ESSA (Eliminate Simplifify, Standardize and
Automate)

  • Definición y alineación del BCP en conjunto con RH, Legal y Seguridad Corporativa para las oficinas,
plantas y Centros de distribución de Higiene y Salud en CAMEX.

  • Crear y modificar master data de clientes en SAP
  • Actuar como tercero punto de escalación para problemas de facturación (EDI), infra y cualquier otra
solución o proceso gerenciados por IT en CAMEX

  • Comunicar y ligar prioridades de IT CAMEX con IT LATAM
