Essential Activities

  • Process all site's Sales Orders (SOs) received from Sales Representative.
  • Follow up with US Warehouse on pending SOs to be picked up, together with new BOL's need to be received.
  • Track carrier guides/tracking for orders shipped and received.
  • Accurate documentation of each SO in SFIS.
  • Maintain Inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Create reports in a daily, weekly and monthly basis to management.
  • Communicate internally with Quality team on every quality issue and provide resolution to customer.
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming and/or clarifying information and assists in the resolution of concerns.
  • Program with Sales Rep on order's transfer based on priorities and requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • University graduate or equivalent, Technical Career also acceptable,
  • Minimum of six months customer interaction work experience,
  • Available to work flexible hours within operations schedule,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and general computer software,
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; communicate effectively (clearly, concisely and professionally)
  • Must be fluent in English (>85%)
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered multitasking environment.

Contract length: 4 months


Salary:
$30,000.00 per month
