Your tasks

Manage, develop and ensure compliance with the ISO 45001 Safety Management System
Develop and implement programs to create a culture in all associates that adheres to the company's safety standards.
Ensure Training for employees regarding industrial safety and occupational health issues, and the environment, follow up on compliance with the annual training program.
Realization of investigations of incidents and accidents at work, response to ST7 forms, establishment of prevention and correction measures.
Assurance of compliance with all legal regulations and guidelines: S.T.P.S, L.F.T. IMSS. And others, carrying out the due update of the applicable regulations
Development and administration of commissions such as: Mixed safety and hygiene, first aid, evacuation and fire
Is responsible for developing and maintaining reaction and emergency plans, evacuation drills
Manage, develop and ensure compliance with the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System
Ensure compliance with environmental guidelines and regulations
Lead and coordinate external and internal audits in environmental matters
Reports to senior management the status of compliance with the Environmental Management System and summary of audits and environmental corrective action plans.
Document in the Environmental system all the changes, needs and activities related to its responsibility.
It is the representative of the Management for the Safety and Environmental Management systems.
