JOB TITLE & PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Job Title:
SYS OPC Construction Manager Assistant


Purpose of the job:

- provide a confidential, effective and professional service to the Manager and his/her team
- assist the Manager to guarantee time efficiency, communication and organization

SYS OPC Construction Manager

- providers (Carlson Wagonlit, hotels,..)- & AUTHORITIES


Key accountabilities:


  • Managing and recording annual leave of Project team
  • Liaising with project team on a regular basis to obtain various information for the SYS OPC Construction Manager and the Deputy Project Director
  • Compiling reports, Minutes of meetings for Project reviews
  • Travel arrangements flights/hotel bookings
  • Manage expenses sheets in the etools
  • Diary management
  • Prepare agendas for the meetings, write minutes
  • Provide support in making PowerPoint presentations
  • Provide the necessary support to new comers in the team
  • Followup of vehicles maintenance program (status, gas, physic conditions.)
  • Possible Support OPC Team
  • PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Educational Requirements:


Mandatory:


  • Degree level
  • Driver license (minimum type A)

Desirable:

- shorthand and typing

  • English

Experience

Mandatory:


  • Good knowledge of Alstom & other functional areas within the organization
  • Basic knowledge of domestic market
  • Flexible and the ability to multi task
  • Spanish speaker
