We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as an
Business Lead Director**
_ What you'll do:_

  • Serve as operational lead for three business services, AP, AR, and GL.
  • Supervise and maintain operational activities to ensure service level agreement adherence, per contractual requirements.
  • Understand and maintain contractual requirements to ensure operational initiatives comply as stated contractually. Monitor and enforce operational policies and procedures across delivery teams.
  • Work with risk and controls to ensure control compliance.
  • Build metric reporting and/or modify existing metrics to ensure solid summary updates to markets.
  • Establish tracking tools to capture volumes across various processes.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the customer global business services (GBS) group and the customer market finance directors (FD's).
  • Manage cross country operational responsibilities. Function as liaison between Mexico and India.
  • Build solid working relationships with market FD's.
  • Serve as primary for all governance calls with external GBS group.
  • Guide and support direct reports in all operational activities, service level adherence, cross training initiatives to build back up plans and strong operational foundation, process improvements and employee mentorship.
  • Plan and execute project initiatives focused on process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Serve as the primary location contact supporting new hires, customers, and employee concerns and/or infrastructure requirements.
  • Work with operation leads to define career development plans to assist with individual growth.
  • Manage and track cost and conduct analysis to understand variances.
  • Serve as a primary owner of cost reduction initiatives to ensure margin expectations.
  • Establish proactive management protocols to manage all operational deliverables.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the director to ensure operational success based on contractual requirements, project initiatives and cost management efforts.

Qualification:

Post Graduate (preferably CA/CWA/MBA)


Business/ Customer:


  • Conduct Quarterly Business Review/Steering Committee Review with clients
  • Improve customer satisfaction through engagement and delivery quality and establish and retain high levels of client engagement and relationship.
  • Identify and initiate customer value add projects.
  • Identify scope for business growth.

Project / Process:


  • Responsible for project team deliverables.
  • Facilitate cross functional interaction between teams.
  • Ensure audit observations are addressed timely.
  • Drive a culture of proactive risk identification within the process.
  • Process excellence within the team.
  • Culture of accountability within the team members.
  • Innovation initiatives within the team.
  • Operational rigor and continuous improvement culture within the area.

People/Team Management:


  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team
  • Performance Management Conduct performance appraisals for team members.
  • Identification of training needs/training plan/records
  • Training Effectiveness.
  • Succession Planning.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention Manage attrition through skip level meetings, planning interventions, engagement calendars.
  • Participate in organizational initiatives such as recruitment drives, training programs etc.
  • Deliver communication received from senior management to the team members though town halls, team meetings.

Must Have Skills

  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Record to Report.
