Bachelor degree in Engineering- Project management skills- Data analytics skills- Creative problem-solver with strong analysis skills.- Six Sigma certification is desirable- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.- Self-starter with effective time management skills and can work within deadline- Most be comfortable working with other areas and functions- English proficiency (reading, writing and speaking).

Written and oral communication skills: drive projects to success through effective issue resolution, communication, and scope management (Spanish/English).

Govern, improve, and deploy the Engineering Statement of Work templates.
Lead Process Improvement training events/processes.
