Descripción del empleo- Strong knowledge base in Customs regulations impacting import/export activities.
- Analytical and tactical execution of import/export transactions for the release of raw materials, machinery and equipment, finished goods, indirect materials, inbond, rework, hazardous materials and waste, in accordance with tariff and nontariff restrictions applicable for legal compliance.
- Ensure the preparation of supporting legal documentation related to import/export operations, validating the information transmitted to US & MX Customs.
- Execute and coordinate the operations under different customs regimes: temporary, definitive, nationalization, regularization, rectification, virtual operations and national suppliers, between others.
- Coordinate with users about information needed for the setuppermits of goods to proceed with the preparation of import/export documentation.
- Coordinate and monitor shipments, crossbording freight & customs agents.
- Collaborate in the administration of foreign trade inventory executing & updating processes according to the Plant operation.
- Safeguard customs legal documentation in accordance with deadlines established by Bosch & Mx Authorities.
- Updates of Customs procedures according to changes on MX Customs Law.
- Execute internal audits to the import/export operation and compliance.
- Participates on Customs strategic initiatives to streamline daily assignments and identify process improvements for same.
Requisitos:
Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, Licenciatura en Comercio Exterior, Licenciatura en Negocios Internacionales, Licenciatura en Administracion Aduanera.
Minimum 3 years of experience.
Knowledge on Customs Law, Foreign Trade Programs, Tariff classification, International Trade and Logistics.
Use of Global Trade Program (preferred)
Effective global interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Work under pressure.
