HR Generalist for our plant in
Zacoalco, JAL.
- This is a Monday-Friday 8am5pm position._
What You Will Do In Your Role:
- Assist, provide information and maintain an effective communication with applicants and employees regarding labor relations, policies, benefits, processes and other HR matters.
- Develop and present information briefings, reports, and KPI's to help the HR and leadership team develop solutions, processes and policies.
- Collect and maintain employees' documents, records and database required for a correct administration.
- Assist with hiring, termination, leave, transfer, and absenteeism recordkeeping.
The Experience You Will Bring:
Requirements:
- Previous experience as HR Generalist
- Thorough understanding of laws, regulations, and guidelines related to HR and contract negotiations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Bachelor's Degree
