About the team
In Global Acquiring we strive to provide merchants with best-in-class card processing products around the globe. We are passionate about our work and take a client-first approach to everything we do. We are changing the payment landscape in LATAM and look for a talented Product Manager up to the task.


What you will be doing


As a Product Manager within the Strategic expansion team, you will be responsible for driving FIS acquiring proposition for new markets in LATAM, delivering value to many of the largest eCommerce merchants in the world.

Our vision is to provide the most relevant, reliable and straight-forward global payment experience, helping customers access more customers, driving profitable growth.


  • Help build an integrated view of customer needs, market trends and competitive position.
  • Assess customer and business requirements consolidating views from market experts, sales teams, and toptier global merchants.
  • Working with Engineering Teams and System Architects to help break down requirements into features and user stories and to remove blockers.
  • Manage and Refining backlog and dependencies.
  • Attend Agile ceremonies, support UAT, Demos and Production Proving activities
  • Develop a product roadmap and translate changes into changes requests, gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support decision making and development prioritization via through analysis and recommendations.
  • Ensure the maintenance and accuracy of product information, effectively updating internal channels and creating relevant documentation on delivered features/products.
  • Maintain advanced knowledge of trends in the eCommerce payment industry Demonstrate leadership by establishing and articulating a clear vision of success and how goals and objectives will be achieved.
  • Prepare and present product roadmap reviews.
  • Champion our vision and working principles in your interactions with Business Units across the organization.

What you bring

  • Advanced/Fluent level of English
  • 3+ years working in the payments industry
  • Experience in a Product Owner / Product Manager position
  • An ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to thrive in a fastpaced, intellectually demanding and serviceoriented environment
  • A diligent attention to detail and strong technical intuition
  • Being able to communicate requirements clearly to Development teams
  • Great analytical skills to gather and analyze relevant information from Stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Experience with the Agile methodology
