The position and your daily adventures


This is a full-time position based in our Mexico City office with a hybrid model, therefore we will expect to see you in the office 2-3 times a week.


What you can expect:


  • You will be responsible for supporting the operation of our CRM team.
  • Create CRM Communication campaigns
  • Campaigns and processes optimization

You and your assets

What we are looking for:
Technical (hard skills)

  • Excel intermediate
  • Bachelor's degree
Nice to have.

  • English advanced level
  • Customer io
  • Previous experience with operations
  • Basic understanding of SQL
Non-technical (soft skills)

  • Attention to detail
  • Very organized and structured
  • Excellent spelling
