As a UX/UI Designer - Research Specialist, you will join our talented design team to contribute to the development of world-class digital products.

You will be responsible for conducting deep and meaningful user research to inform and guide product design and strategy. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead and facilitate workshops to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct and document qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Design and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.
  • Analyze research data and present findings clearly and concisely.
  • Collaborate closely with product designers, developers, and other team members to iterate and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops with multidisciplinary teams to generate innovative ideas and creative solutions.
  • Stay uptodate on trends and best practices in user experience design and research methodologies.

Requirements:


  • Demonstrable experience in conducting user research, preferably in digital product environments.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate research data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Research frameworks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • Basic/intermediate knowledge of Figma and Figjam.
  • Previous experience in leading and facilitating workshops is a big plus
