We are searching for the best talent for Human Resources Senior Administrator to be in Juarez in Salvarcar Plant.

Purpose:

Knows and provides support in the main functions of Human Resources according with the Johnson & Johnson guides, Federal Labor Law and Internal Work Regulation.

Maintains a good relation with the Union, and at the same time provides service to unionized personnel for the adequate use of their benefits.


You will be responsible for:


  • Contribute in the development and presentation of compensation, benefits and training programs.
  • Provides HR related training for leaders and employees.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level
  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable
  • Ensure personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed
  • Managerial capabilities to lead people in their organization to achieve departments goals as a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor in Business Administration, Industrial Relations or some other academic level.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in Human resources processes, and at least 3 years in talent management agenda.
  • Proficient english language domain.
  • GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred
  • Excellent communication skills both written and orally.
  • Knowledge and technical experience in

Strategic Human Resource Management:
Training Plans, Career Development, Performance Evaluation, Culture Studies and Organizational Climate, etc.
