Industrial, Mechanical or similar

Experience on the similar positions as NPI, Manufacturing or process Engineer (2 years)

Strong Knowledge on Core tools (APQP, PFMEA, Control Plan, Poka Yokes, MSA)

Knowledge on RFQ and PO process

Knowledge in customer requirements

Autocad is a plus

Knowledge on program budget

Hands on the process and product

Responsible of new program introduction participating in meetings from Design stages to Job1 or SOP program

Needs to attend customer meetings as FORD, GM, AUDI, KIA

Work closely with equipment suppliers in Korea and locally

Meet Launch department KPI's as Scrap, FTT and OEE.

Work in conjunction with cross functional team to make sure about the manufacturability of the product.

Meet customer MRD events.

Participate during high management timing revisions

Maintain good relation and communication to all different communication levels
